2011 Tax Season

Summer Tax Bills will be mailed

July 1, 2011

Due by September 14, 2011

Any 2011 summer tax payment not received or postmarked by the September 14, 2011 due date will be assessed 1% interest. 
An additional 1% interest will accrue on the first of each month thereafter until February 14, 2012 at which time a 3% penalty will be assessed.

Schoolcraft Village Taxes will be mailed

July 1, 2011

Due By September 14, 2011

Any 2011 Village tax payment not received or postmarked by the September 14, 2011 due date will be assessed 1% interest. 
An additional 1% interest will accrue on the first of each month thereafter until February 14, 2012 at which time a 3% penalty will be assessed.

Winter Tax Bills will be mailed

December 1, 2011

Due by February 14, 2012

Any 2011 winter tax payment not received or postmarked by the
February 14, 2012 due date will be assessed a 3% penalty charge.
 

The last day that 2011 taxes can be paid to Schoolcraft Township is February 29, 2012.

Any 2011 taxes not PAID IN FULL to Schoolcraft Township before 
March 1, 2012 will be turned over to Kalamazoo County Treasurer for collection of delinquent taxes, as required by the laws of the State of Michigan.
