2010 Tax Season

Summer Tax Bills will be mailed

July 1, 2010

Due by September 14, 2010

Any 2010 summer tax payment not received or postmarked by the September 14, 2010 due date will be assessed 1% interest.  An additional 1% interest will accrue on the first of each month thereafter until February 14, 2011 at which time a 3% penalty will be assessed.

Schoolcraft Village Taxes will be mailed July 1, 2010

Due By September 14, 2010

Any 2010 Village tax payment not received or postmarked by the September 14, 2010 due date will be assessed 1% interest.  An additional 1% interest will accrue on the first of each month thereafter until February 14, 2011 at which time a 3% penalty will be assessed.

Winter Tax Bills will be mailed

December 1, 2010

Due by February 14, 2011

Any 2010 winter tax payment not received or postmarked by the February 14, 2011 due date will be assessed a 3% penalty charge.

Any 2010 taxes not PAID IN FULL to Schoolcraft Township by March 1, 2011 will be turned over to Kalamazoo County Treasurer for collection of delinquent taxes, as required by the laws of the State of Michigan.
